Service Plans

Computer systems require regular support and maintenance. Support needs can be calculated based on the size of the business and the complexity of the system. Despite this known need, small and medium size businesses frequently do not provide for regular technology support. Instead, support services are negotiated on a crisis basis. This is not the optimal way to ensure the health of your system. It is similar to only using the Emergency Room for your health needs. Similarly, when the support person is called at time of crisis either one or both of these two scenarios occurs: it is discovered that an earlier intervention could have avoided or mitigated the problem, or they are inundated by staff with requests to assist with many other support needs as the pent up demand for services finally has an outlet. The maintenance worker ends up spending twice the time doing many other jobs unrelated to the call.

Service Plan Rules and Restrictions

  1. Plans are from the first business day of the month to the last business day of the month.

  2. Service Plans go into effect on the first business day of the first full month following initial payment.

  3. Payments are due on the first of each month.

  4. Service Plans are for labor only and do not include materials. Materials will be billed separately.
